Pre - Print
First of All, We make a design for the thing that we want to print it, with control in sizes and percentage of colors, Then we send it to the CTP ( Computer to plate ). The CTP is an imaging technology used in offset printing to create a plate that has the image of the design with many colors and every color has a particular image. The image is put on the printing plates with photo-chemical, photo-mechanical or laser engraving processes, Then we Install the plates into offset Heidelberg machines.
After we installed the plates to the machines we start to make samples close to the original sample and we use a CBC to control image and colors of image until the printing is done.
Post - Print
Finishing of printing, we use some specified Laminations just to make the printed material so glossy or shiny such as ultra violet, varnish high gloss and Waterbased, Also there is another lamination called solfan that makes the printed material glossy and increase the strength of the paper. Also, we have an anti forgery printing such as drop off effects and special effects. The final process we send the printed paper material to cutting machines .
